Neal brings more than a decade of heating and cooling experience, combined with a lifetime of entrepreneurship, business ownership and customer service.
The entrepreneur
After his service in the U.S. Marine Corps, Neal built a career in entrepreneurship. At 32 he sold his first company. He has invested in real estate, built custom and spec homes, and been involved in numerous startups. In 2002 he became a Cold Stone Creamery franchise owner and served as its Northeast Business Manager during a period of rapid growth.
The family
Neal and his wife Kimberly have built their life around family and community. They are proud parents of five children, and their family reflects the same values Neal brings to the business: hard work, education, athletics, entrepreneurship and commitment.
The team
Neal's business partner, licensed Master HVACR professional Cornelius VanTeeling, brings 40 years of heating and cooling experience. Together they combine deep technical knowledge with professional business management.

U.S. Marine Corps Veteran
From the Marines to Prime
After graduating from Brick Township High School in 1989, Neal chose to serve his country. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and completed recruit training at Parris Island, South Carolina, where he graduated with honors and was promoted to Private First Class. He continued his training at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, before going to 29 Palms, California.
During his Marine Corps career, Neal served in deployments and operations that included Beirut, Panama and Desert Storm. He completed his service and received an Honorable Discharge.
The Marine Corps taught Neal lessons that never left him: show up, work hard, be accountable, take care of the people beside you, and finish what you start. Those principles became the foundation for his entrepreneurial career and remain the standard he expects from Prime.
