Tune-Ups & Maintenance questions
Which brands do you service?
We service Trane, Rheem and Ruud equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps and furnaces.
How often should I get my HVAC system tuned up?
Once a year for each system: an AC tune-up in spring and a heating tune-up in fall. Homes near the ocean benefit from extra attention to outdoor coil cleaning because of salt air.
What does the $89 tune-up include?
Our tune-up covers inspection and cleaning of key components, electrical checks, refrigerant or burner checks, condensate drain cleaning, and filter and thermostat checks. We tell you about anything that needs attention before doing any extra work.
Is the Prime Comfort Club worth it?
For $19/month you get one heating and one AC tune-up per year, priority scheduling and 10% off repairs. If you'd pay for two tune-ups anyway, membership adds priority service and repair savings.
